Family Favorite Coq Au Vin
12chicken tenders or 4-6 chicken breast cut into slices
16oz pkgbutton mushrooms
3/4 cred wine
1/4 csoy sauce
1/4 ccanola oil
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 Tbspbrown sugar
How to Make Family Favorite Coq Au Vin
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour wine into pan; add soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, oregano and brown sugar. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Add chicken to pan with wine mixture. Add mushrooms, top side down. Spoon some of the wine mixture over chicken and mushrooms (make sure that the wine mixture gets inside the mushroom caps).
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
