6 oz
stuffing mix, chicken
1/2 c
chopped carrot
1/2 c
chopped celery
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
1 tsp
chopped parsley
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless


1Preheat oven to 400.
2Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but add vegetables with seasoning packet.
3Combine soup, milk and parsley; set aside.
4In a 2 or 3 quart shallow baking dish, arrange stuffing across center of dish.
5Spoon thin layer of the soup mixture in casserole on each side of stuffing.
6Arrange chicken over soup mixture; overlap if necessary.
7Sprinkle with paprika.
8Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
9Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes.
10Uncover; bake for 10 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender.
11Stir sauce before serving.
