- 6 ounces stuffing mix, chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- - paprika

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but add vegetables with seasoning packet.

Step 3Combine soup, milk and parsley; set aside.

Step 4In a 2 or 3 quart shallow baking dish, arrange stuffing across center of dish.

Step 5Spoon thin layer of the soup mixture in casserole on each side of stuffing.

Step 6Arrange chicken over soup mixture; overlap if necessary.

Step 7Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 8Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

Step 9Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes.

Step 10Uncover; bake for 10 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender.

Step 11Stir sauce before serving.
