Never really liked the frozen mini pies that much.....so I made my own!

Ingredients
- 2 - refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup finely chopped celery and onions
- 2 cups corn
- 1 cup cooked carrots, sliced
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- - seasoning salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make family chicken pot pie

Step 1Place one pie crust in pie plate, mix the other ingredients together.

Step 2If the mixture is too thick add more milk.

Step 3Top with the other pie crust.

Step 4Crimp edges together and make slits for steam to escape.

Step 5Brush with an egg wash or melted butter.

Step 6Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
