Never really liked the frozen mini pies that much.....so I made my own!

Ingredients

  • 2 - refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery and onions
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 cup cooked carrots, sliced
  • 1 can potato soup
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • - seasoning salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make family chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Place one pie crust in pie plate, mix the other ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    If the mixture is too thick add more milk.
  • Step 3
    Top with the other pie crust.
  • Step 4
    Crimp edges together and make slits for steam to escape.
  • Step 5
    Brush with an egg wash or melted butter.
  • Step 6
    Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
