- 4-5 pounds whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon each salt, thyme, and rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 cups garlic minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
How To Make fall off the bone instant pot chicken

Step 1Place oil in instant pot. Set on saute and add the oil. Mix the paprika, salt, thyme and rosemary together. Rub all over the outside of chicken. Place chicken breast side down and brown for 5 minutes.

Step 2Turn the chicken over and add the garlic, wine and chicken broth. Seal the instant pot and pressure cook on meat for 35 minutes.
