  Drizzle a few drops of olive oil into a pan and sear chicken on all sides,lower heat add Italian Dressing and Olives and simmer....Meanwhile fix rice according to instructions on package...make sure chicken is well done ( no pink ) serve over rice and drizzle with lemon-juice....It's a hit in our house and i just call it the fake Sicilian chicken ...enjoy
