i don't know where they get the name of this chicken there's nothing fake about it everyone around loves it

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup biscuit mix
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 pounds chicken, skinless

How To Make fake fried chicken

Step 1

preheat oven to 425.

Step 2

in a 9x13 pan cut up the butter and place in oven while heating to melt.
Step 3

mix all dry ingredients together until well blended.
Step 4

when butter is melted take out of oven. set aside. i like to keep all the chicken in a bowl full of water. i take one piece of chicken at a time, lightly shake off water do not pat dry.
Step 5

bake uncovered for 35 minutes. then turn each piece over and continue to bake another 15-20 minutes. making sure it's cooked all the way through.
