I got this recipe from a gal that I work with. I tweak it with whatever vegatables I have on hand and I also make it different each time with Chicken, and pork sausage.

  • 4 small
    chicken tenderloins
  • 1 small
    roll jimmy dean hot sausage
  • 1 small
  • 1 small
    pepper, green, red, yellow diced 1 inch however much you like
  • 1 bunch
    sugar peas
  • 1 bunch
    carrot, diced
  • 1 c
    white wine, or chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan shredded
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Everything Pasta


  1. Cook the chicken in the 2 tbsp olive oil. Take chicken out and reserve on a plate. Next in same pan cook the sausage chopping into small pieces to break up sausage as it cooks. You can drain the sausage if you like. In another small pan I brown the onions till tender in 1 tbsp butter. When sausage is cooked put chicken back in you can add the cup of wine or chicken stock at this point and scrap up browned bits from bottom of pan. I then add the onions and the rest of the vegtables. Let it cook on med heat for another 5 mins. I like my vegatables crispy so I add them last. Top with Parmesan and enjoy.
  2. I make this different everytime I make it. Sometimes I just make it with Chicken and sometimes I make it with just the sausage. Just depends on what I have on hand at the time. I love how you can add differnt veggies to this dish. Add what you like and make it your own.
