This is a recipe my kids just love!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 jar salsa, chunky
  • 5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 package tortilla chips

How To Make enchilada casserole

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken breast, shred after cool
  • Step 2
    preheat oven to 350
  • Step 3
    mix together soups, sour cream, and large jar of salsa. I use chi chi's brand medium.
  • Step 4
    mix in shredded chicken and cheese
  • Step 5
    crush tortilla chips and put in bottom of 9 x 11 cake pan.
  • Step 6
    spoon chicken mixture over crushed tortilla chips
  • Step 7
    bake 350 for one hour
