- 4 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 jar salsa, chunky
- 5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 package tortilla chips
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Boil chicken breast, shred after cool

Step 2preheat oven to 350

Step 3mix together soups, sour cream, and large jar of salsa. I use chi chi's brand medium.

Step 4mix in shredded chicken and cheese

Step 5crush tortilla chips and put in bottom of 9 x 11 cake pan.

Step 6spoon chicken mixture over crushed tortilla chips

Step 7bake 350 for one hour
