Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (can use bone-in as well)

Step 1Combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, and remaining spices - mix well.

Step 2Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 3When ready to grill, remove the chicken from the yogurt mixture and shake lightly to remove excess marinade.

Step 4Grill chicken for 15-20 minutes for boneless thighs, turning halfway through the grilling process. If using bone-in thighs - grill 20-25 minutes, making sure they are cooked through.
