- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Step 1Stir the flour and chili powder in a shallow plate or bowl. Coat each breast w/ flour mix.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides, for about 10 mins.

Step 3Add soup and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover, cook 5 min, or until chicken is cooked through. Top w/ cheese.
