Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cubed frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 package 10 ounce frozen broccoli
  • 1 package 10 ounce frozen mixed cauliflower, carrots, etc
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 6 - boullion cubes
  • 1 pound velveeta cubed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make easy potato soup

  • Step 1
    Bring potatoes, frozen veggies, onions, and bouillion to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add cheese, milk and cream soups. Mix well and serve.
