Ingredients

    cooking spray
  • 4 c
    pepperidge farms seasoned stuffing
  • 4-6
    skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1
    (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How to Make EASY ONE DISH CHICKEN AND STUFFING BAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 3 quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix stuffing, boiling water, and butter. Spoon stuffing across center of baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika on chicken breasts.
  3. Mix soup, milk, and parsley. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake covered, for 30 minutes, or until tender.
