Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter, cold
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 3 c
    angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 2 c
    chicken or turkey, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    garlic powder

How to Make Easy Microwave Chicken Tettrazinni

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare pasta and chicken/turkey, set aside.
  2. In microwave safe dish, melt butter.
  3. Blend in flour, chicken broth, salt & pepper (to taste)
  4. Microwave on medium-high until thickened (6-9 minutes)
  5. Stir in chicken, pasta, parsley and sherry
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder (to taste) and cheese
  7. Cover and Microwave until heated and cheese is melted (8-10 minutes)
