easy home made chicken and noodles
We serve this over home made mashed potatoes. It leaves the kids wanting more and is very filling. It is almost better the next day warmed up.

Ingredients
- 6 cans chicken breast
- 2 bags dry noodles
- 3 boxes chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup large
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup large
- 1/2 - large onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery (if desired)
- - seasoning salt to taste
- - garlic powder to taste
How To Make easy home made chicken and noodles

Step 1In skillet add butter, chopped onion, carrots and celery, and seasonings and saute until onions become translucent and other vegetable begin to soften.

Step 2In large dutch oven add chicken broth, chicken, vegetables, and soups. and stir over medium heat for about half an hour.

Step 3Add noodles and cover. cooking until noodles are soft and broth is creamy. (I did end up adding an extra half box of broth at this point. Use your judgement.
