1-1/2 cherb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
110-3/4 oz can reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cfat-free milk
1-1/4 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbspmelted butter
How to Make Easy extra crunchy chicken
- Heat oven to 400. Spray a rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place flour on a plate. Place crushed stuffing on another plate.
- In shallow bowl, stir together 1/3 cup soup and 1/4 cup milk. Coat chicken w/ flour, then dip into soup mix. Coat w/ crushed stuffing.
- Place chicken on baking sheet, drizzle chicken w/ butter. Bake 20 mins. In small saucepan, heat remaining soup and milk, stirring, over medium heat until bubbly. Serve gravy over chicken.
