Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1-1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1-1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make easy extra crunchy chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place flour on a plate. Place crushed stuffing on another plate.

Step 2In shallow bowl, stir together 1/3 cup soup and 1/4 cup milk. Coat chicken w/ flour, then dip into soup mix. Coat w/ crushed stuffing.

Step 3Place chicken on baking sheet, drizzle chicken w/ butter. Bake 20 mins. In small saucepan, heat remaining soup and milk, stirring, over medium heat until bubbly. Serve gravy over chicken.
