deliciously crunchy! I made the chicken w/ crushed stuffing mix one day when I found I didn't have any bread crumbs.
It came out wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1-1/2 c
    herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1
    10-3/4 oz can reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1-1/4 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Easy extra crunchy chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place flour on a plate. Place crushed stuffing on another plate.
  2. In shallow bowl, stir together 1/3 cup soup and 1/4 cup milk. Coat chicken w/ flour, then dip into soup mix. Coat w/ crushed stuffing.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet, drizzle chicken w/ butter. Bake 20 mins. In small saucepan, heat remaining soup and milk, stirring, over medium heat until bubbly. Serve gravy over chicken.
