Ingredients
- 12 - potato & onion pierogies
- 2 - chicken breasts, split, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5 - baby onions
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup each julienne carrots & sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 - bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon each rosemary & thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/2 cup diced fresh tomato
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
How To Make easy elegance dish (pierogies, chicken, etc.)

Step 1Allow pierogies to stand in HOT tap water for 5 minutes; drain. Arrange in a large oven-proof casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Meanwhile, brown chicken in olive oil with garlic. Add onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery and seasonings; continue cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 3Stir in tomato, mustard and wine. Spoon over pierogies. Bake at 350^ for 20 minutes.
