The flavors in this chicken are very good and The recipe is easy. Let this chicken marinate in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.

Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala (mixture of spices, the brand i use is spice islands)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How To Make easy dijon chicken

  • Step 1
    Place the chicken on a flat plate for marinating. Mix the marinade which consists of the honey, dijon, garam marsala, and the soy sauce. Mix this well and use half the mixture over all the meat. Refrigerate the chicken and remaining marinade in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat the oven to 350F. Place chicken in a baking dish and disguard the old marinade. Pour unused marinade over chicken and cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Then remove foil, spoon some of the marinade over the chicken and cook another 15 uncovered minutes. Enjoy
