How to Make Easy Chicken with Rice
- Combine three cans of soups with two cups uncooked rice. Stir together until well mixed.
- Spread rice/soup mixture evenly in bottom of two quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Place chicken thighs on top of rice/soup mixture. Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
- Cook in 350 degree preheated oven for one hour, or until chicken skins are deep golden brown and crispy.
