Easy Chicken Tikka Masala with Pasta

1 lbchicken thighs boneless skinless cut into small chunks

16 mlcan tomato puree

1/3 cheavy cream

1 Tbspginger minced

3 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspgaram masala spice

1/2 tspcumin and onion powder

1 tspcurry powder

2 Tbspcanola oil

4 cchicken stock
-
8 ozangel hair pasta
-
·fresh basil or cilantro for garnish
How to Make Easy Chicken Tikka Masala with Pasta
- Place the chicken stock in a large stock pan and bring to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook until al dente . Drain reserving 1 cup stock.
- Heat oil in large skillet. Saute the ginger and garlic. Add the spice and cook to release the aroma. Add the chicken and stock to pan and saute until chicken is almost done.
- Add the tomato puree and simmer 5 minutes. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Simmer 2 more minutes. Serve sauce over pasta and garnish with basil or cilantro
