Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thighs boneless skinless cut into small chunks
- 16 milliliters can tomato puree
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons garam masala spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- - fresh basil or cilantro for garnish
How To Make easy chicken tikka masala with pasta

Step 1Place the chicken stock in a large stock pan and bring to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook until al dente . Drain reserving 1 cup stock.

Step 2Heat oil in large skillet. Saute the ginger and garlic. Add the spice and cook to release the aroma. Add the chicken and stock to pan and saute until chicken is almost done.

Step 3Add the tomato puree and simmer 5 minutes. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Simmer 2 more minutes. Serve sauce over pasta and garnish with basil or cilantro
