Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1-1/4 c
    crushed corn flakes
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch strips

How to Make Easy Chicken Strips

Step-by-Step

  1. In a shallow bowl, combines flour and seasoned salt. Place butter and corn flakes in separate shallow bowls. coat chicken with flour mixture. Then dip in butter and coat with corn flakes.
  2. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
