THIS IS A QUICK AND SOMEWHAT EASY RECIPE EXCEPT FOR THE FRYING PART. IF YOU CAN STAND THE FRYING YOU HAVE IT MADE. VERY DELICIOUS AND FILLING. MY DAUGHTER LOVED THE GRAVY IT MADE AND THE CHICKEN ALSO BUT SHE ASKED FOR THE RECIPE THE OTHER DAY SO I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE.

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken thighs (with out skin) and rinsed
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 - celery stalks(chopped)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (golden)
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons kitchen bouquet
- 1 can peas ( baby)
- 1-2 - carrot stalks (chopped into bite size pieces)
- 1-2 cup rice ( cooked)

Step 1IN FRYING PAN ADD OLIVE OIL, ADD CHICKEN (salt and pepper as desired) IN FRYING PAN TILL BROWN ( I LIKE THEM CRISPY) DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM COOKING THROUGH (REMOVE CHICKEN)PLACE ONION AND CELERY IN FRYING PAN TILL TENDER, ADD SOUPS AND KIT BOUQUET AND WATER TILL DESIRED THICKNESS

Step 2ADD CHICKEN BACK INTO FRYING PAN ADD CARROTS ALSO AND COVER FOR AN HOUR OR TILL CHICKEN IS COOKED.. ( 30 MIN..) ADD CAN OF PEAS 15-20 MIN BEFORE SERVING.. SERVE OVER RICE. ENJOY
