How to Make Easy Chicken Salad
1wash chicken breast, cut into chunks. Put in a microwave bowl and cover with water. Add salt and pepper, cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for 25 minutes. Let cool
2Cut cooled chicken into small pieces. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, and sweet relish and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
3This salad will last up to 7 days in the refrigerator. Serve over lettuce, on crackers or as a sandwich.
