This dish is one of my family's favorite. It is very easy and fast.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast halves

How To Make easy chicken & rice bake

  • Step 1
    Stir the soup, water, rice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chicken and add cheese on top.
  • Step 3
    Cover the baking dish. Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
