Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 can mixed veggies, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, boned & diced
- 2 - 9 inch - pie crust, thawed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
How To Make easy chicken pot pie (southern style)

Step 1Combine potato soup, drained mixed veggies, chicken, milk, thyme, and black pepper and spoon into 1 thawed pre-made pie crust.

Step 2Top with 2nd thawed pre-made pie crust. Seal edges.

Step 3Make 3 one inch slits (heat slits) in top of pie crust.

Step 4Brush with beaten egg.

Step 5Bake ay 375 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
