easy chicken pot pie

This is a family favorite. Makes 2 pies and I have yet to find left overs in the fridge the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can campbell's mushroom soup
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables (cajun seasoned opt)
  • 2 large cans chunked chicken breast (1 can if you like less meat)
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 package frozen deep dish pie crusts

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    You can prepare this one of two ways.
  • Step 2
    Way 1. Mix all wet ingredients, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour into the two deep dish pie shells. Cover with refridgerated pie crust pinch edges. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is golden brown.
  • Step 3
    Way 2. (quick bake method) Mix all wet ingredients, salt and pepper in a large pot heat thoroughly. Pour into the two deep dish pie shells. Cover with refridgerated pie crust pinch edges. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is golden brown.
