buy pre-cooked chicken , 1 large can cream of chicken soup, not diluted, i used 1/2 can french style green beans, 1/2 can peas, 1/2 can corn all drained. 3t melted butter 1 box rolled ready to bake pie crust, just a pinch of rubbed sage.
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll one of the pie shells and place in a deep dish glass pie plate. From the chicken, just take a portion of the chicken, you can be the judge as to how much you want. Then I took an open slotted spoon and took 1/2 can of gn. beans,peas, and corn adding this to the chicken. Open one large can cream of chicken soup add to above mixture, do not dilute mix all above mixture plus just a pinch of sage (opt.) together pour into pie shell. Melt 3teaspoons melted butter and pour over entire mixture. Unroll and lay the second pie crust on top pinching the two crusts together. take a knife and make three slits in crust. Bake 40 min. let set 5-10min serve. Enjoy.. This was so easy and just terrific. I made it up by what vegetables my family like.
