Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 cans chunk chicken breasts, drained
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup all purpose baking mix

How To Make *easy chicken pot pie*

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix soup, 1/4 cup milk, black pepper, veggies and chicken in 9 inch pie plate or baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Separately, mix remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake 30 minutes or until hot and topping is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
