Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cans veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
How To Make easy chicken pot pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter or spray large casserole dish.

Step 2Cube chicken into 1" pieces. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until done. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

Step 3In large bowl, mix sour cream with soups (do not dilute soups). Add mixed vegetables and cooled chicken, mix well. Pour mixture in prepared casserole and top with Ritz crackers.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and crackers are lightly toasted.
