1 lbchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 Tbspbutter or margarine
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
8 ozsour cream
2 can(s)veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
1sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
How to Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter or spray large casserole dish.
- Cube chicken into 1" pieces. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until done. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
- In large bowl, mix sour cream with soups (do not dilute soups). Add mixed vegetables and cooled chicken, mix well. Pour mixture in prepared casserole and top with Ritz crackers.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and crackers are lightly toasted.
