    9" deep dish unbaked pie crust
  • 2-4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen mixed vegtable 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    onion minced (small)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    egg

How to Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil for about 3 minute until light brown.
  2. Mix Chicken, vegtables, soups, milk and seasoning in large bowl. Press 1 Pie Crust into bottom of Pie Pan. Pour Mixture into Pie Crust. Put top crust on pie, cut 4 slits in the crust. Brush with beaten egg wash.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Note - May use leftover Chicken or Turkey.
