Ingredients
- 2 - 9" deep dish unbaked pie crust
- 2-4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegtable 16 oz.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - onion minced (small)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - egg
How To Make easy chicken pot pie

Step 1Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil for about 3 minute until light brown.

Step 2Mix Chicken, vegtables, soups, milk and seasoning in large bowl. Press 1 Pie Crust into bottom of Pie Pan. Pour Mixture into Pie Crust. Put top crust on pie, cut 4 slits in the crust. Brush with beaten egg wash.

Step 3Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Note - May use leftover Chicken or Turkey.
