Easy Chicken Pot Pie

29" deep dish unbaked pie crust

2-4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 bag(s)frozen mixed vegtable 16 oz.

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

1 can(s)cream of potato soup

1/2 cmilk
-
1onion minced (small)
-
·salt and pepper to taste

1egg
How to Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil for about 3 minute until light brown.
- Mix Chicken, vegtables, soups, milk and seasoning in large bowl. Press 1 Pie Crust into bottom of Pie Pan. Pour Mixture into Pie Crust. Put top crust on pie, cut 4 slits in the crust. Brush with beaten egg wash.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Note - May use leftover Chicken or Turkey.
