Ingredients

  • 2 - 9" deep dish unbaked pie crust
  • 2-4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegtable 16 oz.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 - onion minced (small)
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - egg

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil for about 3 minute until light brown.
  • Step 2
    Mix Chicken, vegtables, soups, milk and seasoning in large bowl. Press 1 Pie Crust into bottom of Pie Pan. Pour Mixture into Pie Crust. Put top crust on pie, cut 4 slits in the crust. Brush with beaten egg wash.
  • Step 3
    Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Note - May use leftover Chicken or Turkey.
