This chicken pot pie is comforting and delicious! Good enough for a Sunday dinner, but simple and easy enough for a week night meal! This is a great way to utilize leftover turkey after the holidays. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 cans (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mixed veggies, drained
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 - deep dish frozen pie shells, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Take just one pie shell and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until pie crust is just barely golden.
  • Step 2
    Chop chicken into small pieces. Add cream of chicken soup, vegetables and chicken broth. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Place chicken mixture into pie shell.
  • Step 4
    Place other pie shell on top and seal together edges. Cut small vent holes.
  • Step 5
    Brush top of pie crust with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and flaky on top.
  • Step 6
    Let Stand 5 minutes before serving.
