I made up this variation because I was out of mozzarella cheese one night.
It was amazing;now I will add it as one of my family's favorites!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium
    ckn breast patties
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    mccormicks spag. sce w/mushrms
  • 1 box
    angel hair pasta ( 8-10 oz)
  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 c
    spinach dip (8 oz)
  • 2 pinch
    italian seasoning
  • 2 pinch
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    salted butter (1 pat)
  • 1 c
    chopped onion & bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Easy Chicken Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Angel Hair Pasta according to pkg directions
    Mix in small sauce pan tomato paste with olive oil,spaghetti sauce mix,water,garlic salt, seasonings & onions & bell pepper..simmer on low for 10 mins.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 and cook ckn breast patties 20 mins. Place patties on top of pasta and top with ricotta cheese & spinach dip. Cover with the spaghetti sauce..sprinkle with parmesan cheese
