- 2 - boneless chicken halves (pound to 1/4 inch n cut in half
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon blk. pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup marsala wine
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 tablespoon chpd. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, BLK. PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND OREGANO. COAT CHICKEN PIECES IN FLOUR MIXTURE N PUT ASIDE.

Step 2IN A LARGE PAN MELT BUTTER N OLIVE OIL THEN LIGHTLY BROWN CHICKEN TURN OVER N ADD MUSHROOMS N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN ADD MARSALA N SHERRY, COVER PAN IN SIMMER CHICKEN FOR 10 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE.
