Ingredients

  • 2 - boneless chicken halves (pound to 1/4 inch n cut in half
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon blk. pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon chpd. parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make easy chicken marsala

  • Step 1
    IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, BLK. PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND OREGANO. COAT CHICKEN PIECES IN FLOUR MIXTURE N PUT ASIDE.
  • Step 2
    IN A LARGE PAN MELT BUTTER N OLIVE OIL THEN LIGHTLY BROWN CHICKEN TURN OVER N ADD MUSHROOMS N COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN ADD MARSALA N SHERRY, COVER PAN IN SIMMER CHICKEN FOR 10 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE.

    SPRINKLE CHPD. PARSLEY ON TOP..... N ENJOY!
