I have served this easy classic dish to my friends and family for years. It's a hit always. Kids love it! The curry really adds alot to the creamy sauce. It's quick and served with a vege and salad makes for a nice meal to be proud of.
1In large bowl combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon juice. Pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly. Add chicken and broccoli (still not cooked but is limp from thawing). Mix together. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Top with 2 cups cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.
