easy chicken crack
I saw this recipe on Facebook and grabbed it. Little did I know that it was as addictive as they said it was. We were eating it straight out of the crock pot before it even got to the table. While not the healthiest of recipes, with all the mayo and bacon, it makes up for it in wonderful taste. Definitely a guilty pleasure.

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1 ounces packages ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos (optional)
How To Make easy chicken crack

Step 1Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.

Step 2Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with Ranch dressing mix and drop cubed cream cheese on top. Cook chicken on high for 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 3When done, take two forks and shred the chicken right in the crock pot. Stir in mayo and cheese. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. Add the green onions and jalapenos if you like.

Step 4Serve on buns or wrapped in tortillas. It is also good served on lettuce or over pasta.
