My family loved chicken cordon blue...but being an on the go family I hunted for a way to make a family favorite easy...

I make this now on special occasions when the family gets together... Always an easy and yummy family meal!!

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c
milk
1 large
egg
1 1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
1 can(s)
cream of chicken and herb soup
1/2 lb
cubed ham
1/2 lb
cubed swiss cheese
1 c
milk
2 c
cooking oil

How to Make Easy Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil....
    Wash and dredge chicken cubes in egg & milk bath then into the seasoned bread crumbs coating very well.
    Cook chicken until golden crispy
  • 2Meanwhile in a greased 13x9 pan... mix the ham, swiss cheese, can of soup and cup of milk. When the chicken in all cooked add to the ham, cheese soup mix and stir.
  • 3Bake @350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly
