My family loved chicken cordon blue...but being an on the go family I hunted for a way to make a family favorite easy...

I make this now on special occasions when the family gets together... Always an easy and yummy family meal!!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 1/2 c
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken and herb soup
  • 1/2 lb
    cubed ham
  • 1/2 lb
    cubed swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cooking oil

How to Make Easy Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil....
    Wash and dredge chicken cubes in egg & milk bath then into the seasoned bread crumbs coating very well.
    Cook chicken until golden crispy
  2. Meanwhile in a greased 13x9 pan... mix the ham, swiss cheese, can of soup and cup of milk. When the chicken in all cooked add to the ham, cheese soup mix and stir.
  3. Bake @350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly
