Easy Chicken Casserole
1 boxstove top stuffing
1 csour cream
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
2 Tbspchopped onion
3chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
dash(es)rosemary, sage, pepper
How to Make Easy Chicken Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly coat a 2 quart baking dish with non stick spray.
- In a bowl, moisten 3/4 of the stuffing mix with 6 tbsp. water and spread in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Combine the sour cream, soup, onions, spices and chopped chicken. Pour this mixture over the stuffing and the sprinkle the remaining stuffing mix evenly over the top. Dot with margarine and bake 40 minutes or until bubbly.
