- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 1/4 cups chunky salsa
- 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper
How To Make easy chicken and pasta

Step 1In a greased skillet over medium heat add chicken pieces. Salt and pepper to your taste, then brown chicken. Add salsa, corn and green pepper to the chicken and stir; bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat back to simmer, then simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Add drained pasta to chicken; stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and put on the lid and simmer until the cheese melts.
