Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups chunky salsa
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make easy chicken and pasta

  • Step 1
    In a greased skillet over medium heat add chicken pieces. Salt and pepper to your taste, then brown chicken. Add salsa, corn and green pepper to the chicken and stir; bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat back to simmer, then simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Add drained pasta to chicken; stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and put on the lid and simmer until the cheese melts.
