Boil the chicken breast for 20 minutes. Once cooled, shred or cut to desired size and set aside.
Bring the broth left from boiling the breasts and additional water to equal the 7 cups to a boil with the butter and soup base.
Put in the noodles and bring back to a boil. Cover and remove from the heat. Let sit for 2 hours stirring occassionaly.
After 2 hours add the gravy, stir, and reheat, but do not boil. You can put over mashed potatoes and add more gravy if needed.
