easy chicken and dumplings
This is my sisters recipe. Very quick and simple, yet very tasty and satisfying!

Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cans veg-all
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- dash - salt and pepper to taste
- - wondra, just a sprinkle to thicken
- DUMPLINGS
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups bisquick
How To Make easy chicken and dumplings

Step 1Boil chicken breasts until done (about 15 minutes), set aside to rest.

Step 2Save only ½ of the broth. Turn broth to medium /high heat and add soups and stir until incorporated.

Step 3Thicken soup with Wondra. Add vegetables and onion.

Step 4Shred chicken and add to mixture. Stir, turn to medium heat.

Step 5Mix milk and bisquick in bowl and drop spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture.

Step 6Turn down to a simmer and cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or so.
