Place chicken in pot, cover with water. Cook until done! Remove chicken and strain broth. I do this the day before and saves on time! Bring broth and chicken to a boil and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Cut flour tortilla into strips and cut again to 2 to 3 inch squares. drop in boiling broth. Do not stir, take spoon and push down into broth. Continue dropping tortila in until complete pkg. is used or the number of serving is reached. Store unused tortillas in zip lock in freezer. Great with fruit salad.
