I got this recipe years ago off the back of a lasagne box..delicious, and always gets compliments. The best part is that you don't have to precook the noodles..Yeah to that!

Ingredients For easy cheesy lasagne

1 lbGround beef of Italian sausaage

1/2 cchopped onion

1 clovegarlic, minced

32 ozspaghetti sauce

3/4 cwater
-
1/2 pkgextra wide lasagne noodles

2 cricotta cheese
-
1/2 cgrated parmesean
-
1 Tbspchopped parsley
-
3 cmozzarella, shredded
How To Make easy cheesy lasagne

1Heat oven to 375

2In a skillet brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain. Return beef mixture to skillet; stir in spaghetti sauce and water.

3In 13x9" baking dish layer 1/3 sauce mix, half of parmesean cheese and parsley, half o mozzarella cheese; repeat layers ending with sauce mixture. Cover tightly with foil.

4Bake 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining parmesean cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

5FLORENTINE STYLE: Omit ground beef and parsley. Stir onion, garlic, one 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, and 1/3 tsp nutmet to ricotta cheese mixture.
