This recipe is great for all you cheese lovers out there! This is my son's favorite meal and my daughter loves to help make it. Enjoy!

Ingredients For christine's cheesy chicken & rice

6 chicken breasts

box2 boxes ragu double cheddar sauce

2 box rice a roni creamy four cheese rice

2 cups shredded cheese

1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
How To Make christine's cheesy chicken & rice

1Cook rice on stove top according to box directions. When the rice is done pour 1 box of ragu double cheddar in and mix. (Ragu has several cheddar they jars to boxes. See ingredients for updated recipe)

2While the rice is cooking start the chicken. You can bake or fry the chicken. I bake mine. When chicken is done set aside.

3Pour cooked rice into a baking dish. Spread evenly then lay the cooked chicken on top in a row.

4Pour the rest of the ragu cheese on top of the chicken covering the chicken completely then sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top.

5Place back into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
