Ingredients

  • 4 small
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 3/4 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, canned & drained
  • 1/2 c
    green peppers,chopped

How to Make Easy BBQ Chicken Packets

Step-by-Step

  1. First heat the grill to about medium heat. Then place 1 chicken breast in the center of each of 4 large sheets of foil. Then top with remaining ingredients.
  2. Next fold each foil to make a packet.
  3. Then grill for about 12 to 15 mins or until chicken is done. Carefully open each foil packet & serve.
  4. Special Tip: Before you close each packet sprinkle 2 Tsp. grated parmesan cheese.
