Ingredients

6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
- salt and pepper to taste
6 tablespoons prepared basil-pesto sauce
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup olive or canola oil

How To Make easy bacon-wrapped chicken

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Lay each chicken breast flat and sprinkle w/ salt and peppper.

Step 2

Evenly spread pesto over each chickeen breast. Wrap each chicken breast w/ bacon, roll chicken up and secure w/ toothpicks.
Step 3

Lay chicken down in a lg baking dish. Bake about 30 mins, or until bacon is crisp.
