Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c
    asian plum sauce
  • 2
    scallions, sliced on the bias
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Easy Asian plum chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In a lg shallow bowl, beat eggs, oil salt and pepper.
  2. Place bread crumbs in another lg shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast into egg mix, then into bread crumb mix to coat fully.
  3. Place chicken onto baking sheet and spray lightly w/ cooking spray. Bake 20 mins. In a small saucepan, heat plum sauce, stirring, over low heat for 8 nmins. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle w/ scallions and sesame seeds.
