This is a nice, quick, semi-homemade meal that the whole family will enjoy. It takes just a few minutes to prepare - and 30 minutes to cook. It makes a nice meal when you may be short on time, but want something good & fulfilling!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 9" frozen flakey pie crust shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 - bag mixed frozen vegetables (i used the carrot, corn, peas, and green bean mix)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • - egg wash (1 egg lightly beaten with 1 teaspoon of water)

How To Make easy as "chicken pot" pie!

  • Step 1
    Whisk together the soup and milk.
  • Step 2
    Mix in your veggies & chicken.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into thawed bottom pie shell.
  • Step 4
    Place your 2nd shell on top of the pie. Seal shut. And brush a thin layer of your egg wash on the top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
