How To Make easiest chicken pot pie
-
Step 1Dice chicken breasts into bite sized chunks. I use my kitchen shears. And season with poultry seasoning. Heat med size pan over medium heat. Melt butter in pan and add seasoned chicken. Cook, stirring to brown all sides, until no longer pink inside.
-
Step 2Preheat oven to 425f
-
Step 3In a med/large mixing bowl, combine veg-all and soup. When chicken is finished, add chicken and juices to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
-
Step 4In a deep pie plate, lay one pie crust to line bottom of plate. Pour in filling. Cover top with second pie crust, pinching edges to seal. Use a fork to poke holes over the top.
-
Step 5Bake for 30-40 min, or until crust is turning golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
