Easiest Chicken Pot Pie

Amanda Michelle

This is how my mom taught me to make chicken pot pie. It is so simple. This is how I've made it over the years and even though I've tried new recipes, my boyfriend still likes this the best. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do:)

    veg-all, small

How to Make Easiest Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Dice chicken breasts into bite sized chunks. I use my kitchen shears. And season with poultry seasoning. Heat med size pan over medium heat. Melt butter in pan and add seasoned chicken. Cook, stirring to brown all sides, until no longer pink inside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425f
  3. In a med/large mixing bowl, combine veg-all and soup. When chicken is finished, add chicken and juices to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
  4. In a deep pie plate, lay one pie crust to line bottom of plate. Pour in filling. Cover top with second pie crust, pinching edges to seal. Use a fork to poke holes over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-40 min, or until crust is turning golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
