Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chicken thighs
- 16-20 ounces korean bbq sauce (jar)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry, pale and dry
- 1 can coke
- 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3-4 - green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil, optional
- 1 tablespoon garlic pwder
- 1-2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- - sesame seeds (optional)
- - honey for drizzling
- - pam to spray grill grates

Step 1in a large mixing bowl, combine chicken and the other ingredients. place in a zip-lock bag and marinate for at least 4 hours. best to marinate over night.

Step 2heat grill to medium heat. spray grill grates with pam. place chicken skin side down. grill for about 10-12 minutes. turn chicken and continue to grill for 10-12 minutes or until juices run clear.

Step 3plate up and drizzle with a lil' honey serve with some steamed rice and cucumber salad.
