Ingredients For drunken noodles

  • 8 oz
    wide rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small bite size pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 3
    green onions
  • 1/2 c
    thai basil
  • SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    each light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water

How To Make drunken noodles

  • 1
    Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • 3
    Add the oil to a wok or pan. Add the garlic, onion, chicken pieces and chili garlic paste and cook about 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce and cook another minute. Add the green onions and noodles then pour in the sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the Basil and serve
