Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup thai basil
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons each light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make drunken noodles

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 3Add the oil to a wok or pan. Add the garlic, onion, chicken pieces and chili garlic paste and cook about 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce and cook another minute. Add the green onions and noodles then pour in the sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the Basil and serve
