Ingredients

  • 4 - 4 oz chicken cutlets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 10 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup whitw wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosmary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 bag 10oz spinach
  • 1/2 pound fancy pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic diced small

How To Make dressed up chicken and wine

  • Step 1
    Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with mallet until 1/3 inch thick sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Step 2
    Dip chicken in flour then beaten egg and fry in oil till brown Transfer to plate use same pan to sautee spinach till cooked drain and set aside
  • Step 3
    Cook Pasta till Al dente ,drain Spread on platter then top with spinach , then chicken
  • Step 4
    Sautee mushroom in butter and diced garlic add rosemary, parsley salt pepper white wine cook 5 min add broth and cook 5 more min add cut tomatoes and artichoke hearts
  • Step 5
    Pour sauce over chicken and pasta
