Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz chicken cutlets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/4 cup cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
- 10 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup whitw wine
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosmary
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 bag 10oz spinach
- 1/2 pound fancy pasta
- 3 cloves garlic diced small
How To Make dressed up chicken and wine

Step 1Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with mallet until 1/3 inch thick sprinkle with salt and pepper

Step 2Dip chicken in flour then beaten egg and fry in oil till brown Transfer to plate use same pan to sautee spinach till cooked drain and set aside

Step 3Cook Pasta till Al dente ,drain Spread on platter then top with spinach , then chicken

Step 4Sautee mushroom in butter and diced garlic add rosemary, parsley salt pepper white wine cook 5 min add broth and cook 5 more min add cut tomatoes and artichoke hearts

Step 5Pour sauce over chicken and pasta
